    Delete at once when you receive these! No! First, forward it to 7726 (SPAM) so the phone companies are aware of it. Next, report it to the FTC: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/ Then you can delete it. If you just "Delete at once", you are doing nothing to help stop these scammers.
