I have been getting calls from '0' - has anyone else?  Note: it is not 000-000-0000, but just a '0' received to my Cel phoe.

Called twice today, I have my phone connected to my fax which activates after four rings if I don't pick up, which I very seldom do.

Whomever this is has really hit my buttons!  They call on my cell phone which is also my business phone.  I break my neck to answer the phone and when I finally get to it, that stupid number shows up.  I've gotten several calls from this number in the past week.  I called T-Mobile to see if I could block the number, but I have a Motorola Rizr and that particular phone does not include the blocking option....rats!

None the Answering achine answered & no message was left.

I've been getting calls on my home phone when no one is at home. The return number on the ID shows 555-333-4444. I tried to call it back once but a recorded voice said "This is not a valid number." What can cause this?

I've been getting those same calls. They've been scaring the @#$@ out of my wife because we're going through some legal trouble and she thought a lawyer was playing tricks.
I wish there was a way to make everybody use a little common sense.

Received this 000-000-0000 on my cell phone a couple of times.  Called T-Mobile my carrier and the service rep was in Canada.  She said she and the other reps in Canada are receiving the same calls and can't fiqure it out either.

Just get rid of the house phone if Bell Canada won't help with any bs calls.

Why are we paying for caller ID if Bell can't follow through?

No matter what the number is, If you don't recognize it, Don't answer it!  Anything that comes up with "unknown" or "000-000-0000" especially!  It's either a scam, or someone you really don't want to talk to anyway, such as a bill collector or solicitor.  If it just so happens to be someone you know, and it's and important reason they're calling, i'm sure they'll leave a message.

I get this call all the time it is GMAC.

This number can be used by pretty much anyone.  Skype calls made from a computer, GMAC marketing and collections, and even calls from military, all utilize this number.  I no longer answer calls from this number, and have my voice mail address these numbers with a recording, stating that all blocked, out of area, and zero or unidentifiable numbers, will not be answered.  I request that that the party call back from a number that can be identified or leave a message detailing their purpose.  This has reduced numerous calls.

i've been getting calls from this 'zero' number for over a year and i'm still getting them.  it's a machine that asks you to press "1" to connect to a live operator or enter your phone number to be contacted by live operator for deals on vacations, credit cards, etc...  regardless, it's a number of unrelated companies making cold calls via a machine.

I just received a call from 000-000-0000. They identified themselves as the duPage county Illinois Democratic party.

i get "unknown" caller for friends who call from out of state ( about 1500 miles away ) every single time. not sure why but from state to state caller ID isnt that great. and tho i could choose not to answer ive also chose not to use a messaging system ( since i am here 24/7 and live screen )so for someone like me its become a hassle. to each his own tho do whatever works.
