- MelWe constantly get calls from this number. Multiple times a day. It ranges from surveys, political campaigning and blockbuster. I like that Blockbuster will call and remind you about your movies but WHY do they have to hide their number? That makes no sense! It's automated and just lets you know when your movies are due back. That doesn't bother me -just SHOW WHO YOU ARE! Is there anything that CAN be done about all these different sources using this number? If so, let me know!
- Caller: Blockbuster(rarely) Mostly other crap!
- KaleinaI recieved a call from this number 2 night promising 2 completely free passes for a cruise 2 the bahammas, for answering a 10 question survey. It was all automated, until the end of the survey I spoke 2 a real person asking just for my name for the boarding passes and my postal code. They did not ask for anything personal and DID NOY ask for my creditcard info. The lady then passed me back onto a recording telling me to visit www.yoursurveyrewards.com and enter my name and postal code and verify my mailing info. I entered my info and it came up and said it did not match their records. The phone recording also told me that if I could not access the net that some1 would contact me within 48 hours. I also sent a help email 2 them from thier website which stated that I would hear back from some1 within 24 hours. I also first had 2 confirm my email before my help question was sent. Will post more if anything becomes of it.

- helenwiels| 1 replyEverytime I receive 000-000-0000 on my caller ID it's the local police department or my probation officer calling to check on me. :)
- sophondauThe police department, private investagators, and your local narcotic's team use 000-000-0000 as their caller ID so you won't recognize them when they are calling to check up on you.
- rlrcalls all the time I just dont bother picking up
- brat| 1 replyI get this call every single day, within 5 to ten minutes apart all day long .this has been going on for 4 months or better now. and it is very annoying. I can not do a thing about it,The phone company told me it is a cell phone, The only way that it can be blocked is with the privacy director. But that is not offered in this area at this time. So we have to continue to be harrassed by this number all the time. is outreageous.

- MickiGa1I have gotten this # for months now. I'm in Ga and have Knology phone service here. They have a wonderful call block. Once the # has called, you press *60 then the recording will repeat the # that just called. Then you press #01# and they repeat again the # 000-000-0000. All calls will be blocked from that #. Problem was they only hold 30 #'s on your block list so I empty some #'s on it. First call I got was 000-000-0000. Obviously I put them back on and they will stay there now. (Thank God it wasn't my dead relatives, there are to many)

- ScifichickJust received call from 000-000-0000 and when answered, recording in a deep voice said "calling for your soul"...since I don't rent from Blockbuster, don't think it's them...
- MickiFunny here~I just called the # back to see who it is again, since they mess up their stories all the time. Guess who answered? MY PHONE CO.!!! The ones who stated they didn't know WHO it was when I first asked. They are watching us....

- Denise replies to smokieI have Anonymous Call Rejection (ACR) on my phone, which allows me to reject calls from callers who have blocked the display of their phone number on caller-id. I think this is the way they get around it! (Thanks, Verizon)
- DeniseI have Anonymous Call Rejection (ACR) from Verizon, which allows you to reject callers who have blocked the display of their phone numbers. I think using all zero's is how they get around it! Thanks, Verizon! you sell me a service, I quess you have to sell the "blockers" a service also!
- SaraI got 2 calls already they say they are from Pitney Bowes and want to speak with persone in charge of outgoing mail

- PeevedOkay. I JUST got my phone number changed ONE WEEK ago. On the *second* day, a collection agency called (yes, I owe - and tried like hell to pay if off though due to illness - it is now impossible)- I told them they have the wrong number. Today, I got the 000-000-0000 treatment - again, I told the person on the other end they have the wrong number. Should be interesting to see if this pops up on the caller I.D. again.
Not only is caller I.D. spoofing illegal - so is harassment from collection agencies. Land of the free - home of the brave my ass, not if it's literally a [***] crime to be poor.- Caller: Unknown
- Call type: Debt collector
- Agree with the person aboveNine calls from this person today, its ridiculous.
- jokerthis number when on my caller ID is Blockbuster automated calling to let me know that I am about to be late with the movies I've rented. Now that I know about it I'm glad they call.

Totally harrassed - russ replies to Von GYou guys dont get it, it isnt a specific company. It is the new way to spoof caller id for anyone.
