000-000-1101

On 8/4/10 we received a call from '000-000-1101 Security Screen'.

Does anyone know anything about that?

2 calls from this number - I am on a cell phone in New Zealand. 1 at @1pm, 1 at 4pm

I have gotten the same , 2 calls in nz?

just got another - some computer telemarketer, or scammer??

Same as above - every day 2-3 times a day, only in afternoons/evenings, for the last three days.  I have answered the phone the last few times, and the sound is the hang-up tone.  Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the phone call - ie - block the call coming to my phone - NZ vodafone.

I get the same - 4 missed calls per day - starting around midday NZ time, ending 8pm.

It started as only +00  and then after 5 days it turned to +0001101.
I've tried to answer 3 times but it's like there's nothing in the background, then it hangs up.

Its quite creepy. And very annoying!

Just got 1 call now and a hang up.

Are you guys on 2 Degrees?   Wondering if it's one of these systems playing up. ( late payment reminder or something)

Yep same here, got two calls today. I'm on Telecom. Number shows as +0001101
2.18pm then 5.31pm
I have an iPhone.
The first call I answered. I heard a tone and then a click, could have been a hang up but it sounded like the shutter click sound it makes when you take a photo. I immediately hung up and ignored the second call.
Very strange.

Just got the 5th call from this number. Finally got a person. Echoy line.. definitely overseas in origin. THe sales pitch kicked in. I just taked over the top explaining that I recognise the number and you have called me and many others in NZ already and hung up on them. Rather than try to sell me something, stop spamming people. I also told the woman that people are complaining on forums about these calls.

So just another [***] spamming campain. Interestly the name she had for me is whats on my trade me account. I cant think of anything else with this name... very dodgy.
