I believe 000-046-6453 is Google Tech Support. I sent them email on an application problem and they called back from thisnumber.

No message, invalid area code did not answer. Don't think it was ever Google.

Google Tech Support.  Had an issue with my Drive account and I requested a call.  As soon as I submitted my number, they called back immediately with this number.
