I received two text messages from this person stating she got my number
"from a friend"..... I KNOW my none of my friends wouldn't give this crazy person my number. So. HOW DID SHE/HE GET IT????? AND WHY would I ever be interrested in seeing her/him when they won't tell me who they
are &/or give a ligit phone number that I could call back at?!?!?!

I received two messages last night. Both nasty and both sending me to an obvious nastier website. My husband read them and wanted to know who in the h*** they were from. Needless to say: NOT FUNNY!

someone texted me and said:hey i got your number from a friend of mine, but i bet you cant guess who i am! my user name is whiskeygurl_4ever44, if you....but then it went on another message that said:wanna come see if you recognize me online, at whiskeygurl_4ever44.hangoutbox.com well,hope to see you soon!      
thats all the person said and its really freaky cause i live in Wisconsin to like most of u guys but this is really scary compared to how most of u guys feel cause im not even a teen yet

someone just sent me the text they said their name was prettyinpink82 i don't like getting texts from people i don't know so yea fix it

WTF is all this crap...now our cell phones are sent pre-recorded junk? Which company does this, and isn't against regulations to do this to private cells? This crap needs to be stopped.....NOW!

I got a text from 0001114444 than says it is from my own number!  I do know that when people text from the USCELL websit it comes up as a number kind of  like that. I am also from Wisconsin and am VERY upset that just anyone can seem to get a cell phone number! Where is our privacy??? the txt read: "Hey, got ur number from a friend of mine, but I bet you can't guess who I am! my username is venus8869_model."
Then I recieved another one later today and it gave me a website to go to. Thought maybe a friend was playing a joke. This is STUPID!!! Please stop spaming ppl!!

I got one of those earlier today, and like Barr above, it said it was 'From:' my number, but the Fr: number was the 000-111-4444 number.  This one was advertizing a username of mandy988cb and the site was loveoplace.net  And in response to Barr, they don't care or give a damn if you 'dislike' it, they are getting their message through, and that's all they care about (the spammers, not US Cellular).

i just got a message myself..it reads: "ur # from a friend,but not sure its right! C if u recognize me online, at dateopsolis.net name's fun_hotty24 there. Send me a msg there!"  my doesnt have call back number usually when i dont have a number saved in my phone it shows the number when i get a text...this one said it was from Hi,got i thought that was really wierd..im with verizon company and i live in North carolina but opened my account in virginia...this is just wierd and needs to stop!!!

i got this weird txt and i see alot of people have gotten this text too.

got phone call from pickles522 saying she got my name from a friend of hers and to guess who she was.
I texed back telling her to call back if she knew me or was I a wrong number. NO response. I alson said if she didn't tex back I was going to call the police.
I do mean this ,so if your out there lose my number.
