Demolitio - 16 Aug 2007the number 000-123-4567 is displayed when the caller is using an outbound-only VOIP (internet phone) connection. I use a provider named Skype for long-distance calls, and that is the number displayed on my callerID when I called my landline.

LL - 9 Mar 2008I received a phone call from someone on this number, and the message left was from a stalker. It was terrifying, but I had no luck tracing the number with the police because they only had one message to work with, and thus would not issue a warrant to investigate the number further.
