Repeated Call that appeared on Verizon Wireless Caller ID in South China - peculiar!

I was stepping out of the plane from Scandinavia 27 november. Just efter this I recieved the call.

I received the call "000 190 1212" at 13:55 pm (UTC/GMT +8) April 11, 2009. NAN'AN district, Chongqing, China.

I received 5 calls from this number while I was in Chongqing China.
Usually in the middle of the night.
2 on 5/28 1 on 5/29 and 2 on 5/30.

I received a call from this number.My phone has auto-answer feature，When I came home after a diner with my friend,I found there are there records and one of them looks like different.It likes a abroad number,since the H1N1 flu spread all over the world,I think this is a call from my foreign friends,so I replayed these three records and found that the call from 000-190-1212 containt how corrupt the Chinese Communist Party is and something else content.

I've been in Southern China for almost 2 weeks now. 2 nights ago I got 4 phone calls from the number 000-190-1212 in the middle of the night. Last night the same number called me 5 times also in the middle of the night. Several times I've answered but no one says anything.

I arrived in Beijing two weeks ago and for the first three nights this number rang non stop! I couldn't sleep, and nor could I shut off my phone because I had to use it as my alarm clock!

I too have been in China over the last few days and have received 3 calls from 000-190-1212.  I have not answered the call.  I used my phone in Beijing for texting.  I wonder if there is a connection to those of us using our phone in China and then receiving these calls.  My service is Verizon.
