Person call (foreign accent) and said they were with Comcast and wanted to speak to the manager.  Told them the manager is not available and we already have a Comcast business representative.  It is quite obvious to me that they are not with Comcast based on the calling number and the fact we already have a representative.

Got a call from this number, but didn't pick up. Left no message. Since I get 2-3 spam telemarketing calls daily, I no longer answer the phone unless there is an identifier. Have written my Congressman about this problem, also the no-call list people. On the rare occasion when I do answer, I do it just to prank the caller, giving them wrong information, asking stupid questions, and otherwise occupying their time and, I assume, costing them money. One company trying to sell me some sort of credit card processing wanted to send out a representative, so I gave them the address of a vacant lot north of Houston, along with the telephone number for the State Psychiatric Hospital. NOTE: It's not a good idea to answer these calls, because I am told this confirms for the caller that you have a legitimate working phone number. Since we have voicemail, I don't see a way to avoid that problem anyway. I really like 800Notes and I often enter numbers I find here just as a preventive measure, as I now have call blocking on my cell phone.

It's a spoofed number

Said they were Time Warner, wanted to speak to a manager. Told them we're on the Do Not Call List, she asked if I was a manager and I said yes. We'll see if they stop calling. Doubtful.

Since there are no area codes that start or contain all 0's, then it couldn't have been Time Warner.  Oh and the DNC does not apply to businesses.

Since 000 Area code. I just ignored it. Spam caller.

Calls every day. I blocked the number but it still keeps trying
