Has called several times. When I don't answer they never leave a message, and when I pick up they immediately hang up.

This has been happening to me also.  It just shows 656-5720

The same thing happens to me. If you try to call the number back, it tells you (obviously) that your call can't be completed without an area code.

What I am thinking is it is an autodialer from a company checking to see if you will answer your phone and if you do they know WHEN to call back with a live person

Received call twice today. first time ni body spoke. second time they did knew what my name is. They were 4 5 people.They were taking in Hindi.

have gotten several calls in last 3 days. no area code. no message left and hangs up if you answer. says the number is temporarily disconnected when I call back.  I want to know who this is!

I have gotton this call 2 days in a row...midday, On my cellphone, Anyone else getting on a cell? or just landlines.

also getting this call multiple times a day - at least 5 times a day.  Does not matter if it is weekdays or weekends.  I have never answered it yet but they never leave a message.  Is there anything we can do about this?  I am on the do not call registry, but I seem to be getting more marketing calls this past summer than I ever have.

also - all of the calls are to my cell phone!

i am getting the call to my cell phone. When I tried to call back, an automated machine said i entered "an invalid code or phone number" I tried texting them to see who it was but never got a text back.

"the message or code you have dialed is incorrect. Message 7, switch 131"
Thats what I hear when I call the number back.

he has done the same to me but yesterday they said who is this  its startibng to piss me off

The calls started about 4 months ago I never answered it before until lately the past two weeks its been twice a day. I answered it and they ask if I was there but they totally said my name wrong then I asks what do you want they said something about a loan? I don’t know they could not talk good English or say it loud enough I ask to speak up I can’t hear them. Then thy hanged up I called them back and all I get is automated message that says “you have reached a non working number 14 switch 110-1” there has to be something that we could do who knows this could be a new way of identify fraud or something stupid. It needs to stop.

Yep, same story. Got 4 calls today! I never answered because I am trying to frickin' work, but I'm sure it's an international telemarketing scam of some sort. Excellent. It did seem like the domestic calls dropped when I put myself on the FCC's do not call list, but then this started.
