My daughter is being charged for using this number and she has not the times are when she is at school

I have been charged for 6 Premium Text Received £1.50 Per Text calls when the SIM was not even in a phone. All calls when on the 17.2.2011 between 19.03.37 and 19.04.45

I have been charged for 3 calls from     0008788888 unknown to me on 07831565810

My son has been charged for calls to 0008 878 8888 at a total cost of £18.00, he has not used this number. What do I do ?

This is a scam. Children are enticed to a free ringtone download by texting to 88888. They are then told to enter their mobile number. This then puts them into a underhand subscription for £4.50 per week. It is charged by self texting to a premium line 3 times 0008788888 at £1.50 a shot.
