0010191059 called 12:31 hours 06-10-12. Silent call for 2 seconds or so then hangs up.

Happened to me 3rd time, just now,

Same for me, calling then hanging up.

this number calls me everyday, had 2 calls already today and then they hang up, they say nothing, how can i stop this happening as its been going on for weeks.

Keep getting calls from 001 019 1059 when I have answered an Asian voice tells me my computer is runnimg slow. I then hang up. But lately have been getting 3 or 4 calls from this number. When I pick up the phone no one there. Very frustrating and time consuming. How can calls from this number be stopped?

Repeated calls from this number If you engage them they go on to to tell you about your computer being slow If you don't engage them and hang up they ring repeatedly x 6 yesterday Who are they? This is a gross invasion of one's privacy. The  number of unsolicited calls lately is increasing - what are the phone companies doing about it?
