I don't understand, fake number from who?

I keep getting that too who is it?

I KEEP GETTIN THIS NUMBER ON MY TEXT BILL LIKE 3 TIMES A DAY. WHO IS IT? IT IT TAKING AWAY FROM MY TEXTS AVAILABLE EVERY MONTH

I just received several of these on my online bill with T-Mobile. BUT I had had T-Mobile block *all* messages a month or two ago, so there shouldn't be any on the bill! This has got to be their problem, and I asked them to credit my account for the 20-cents a piece they were going to charge me (even though all messages are blocked!). If you're not with T-Mobile, then I'm not sure the texts come from.

the number 001-220-0000 shows up on my bill but not on the cell phone. either somebody is deleting whatever texts come through before i see them, or they're just being billed anyway...??? any help guys??

received four text message charges from this "fake number".  Three calls were done on October 8, 2009 and the fourth on October 10, 2009. The calls were at 12:47 P.M., 1:09 PM and 4:36 P.M. on 10/9 and at 12:53 P.M. on 10/10.  T-Mobile has charged me $.20 per call. Who is doing this?

This number has been calling me every half hour all day long. I cannot return the call. When I tried to return it I get a message saying that it does not accept calls. I am trying to block it from my phone.
