The number is owned by MEM Consumer Finance/Pay Day Loans/Pay Day Advance.

This is a phone blast from David Riklan the founder of selfgrowth.com. So this might be his number or phone blast service number. He was promoting seminar of his about social media.

Said they were affiliated to bt tried to get me to change phone service asian/indian accent.
Told him to [***] RIGHT OFF

Stupid f****** number keeps calling my cell, rings a few times and stops 0012356...wakes me up in the middle of the night and early morning....tried calling it back but not able to complete as dialed....

This phone number is not "owned" by anyone as it is not a real phone number; 001 is not a valid area code.

I keep getting calls from 00 1 (234) 5678-9. Five yesterday. One today. If I answer the caller asks about the accident I had recently. I havent had one, so he asked if my friends or family had recently had accidents.

When I asked for the company name and address I was given the name cintel and a residential address in Tyne & Wear UK. The indian guy making the call said he was calling from London. Yesterday the caller said he was from Manchester.

Ridiculous!!!!

This number calls me evereyday but i'm in France !!!! I don't whose phone number it is. But as you all it's getting on my nerves too.

if you use nokia mobiles use netquin mobile guard. it will block suck calls without a prob. I did the same

I also got a call from 2-345-6789 at 2:05 a.m.  Only rang twice, just enough to disturb my sleep.  I didn't even attempt to answer.  If anyone is able to find out who this is, I would very much appreciate knowing.  This doesn't even appear to be a real phone number, but it shows up exactly as 2-345-6789.

Hi I am from banglore i got 4 continues calls from (0012345678) tis no in mid night at 3.45 AM. i got scared to receive the cal. then i switched off my mobile.

This phone number is spoofed. That means that the caller has used techniques and tools to push a number to the telephone carrier that can be any number they want. I used to get calls from 666-666-6666 and such, or often they think it is funny to use the phone number of the White House when they call you, things like that.

Whatever they are up to, it is a prank or other mischief and there is little that can be done to thwart it. I am looking into ways to combat spoofed calls in general. Those of you approaching this as if it were a real phone number are wasting your time, there is more going on here than meets the eye. Good luck.
