This person just rang my daughter giving his name as michel, he started the call saying there was a problem with her computer. When i took over the call he gave me abuse saying he wanted to speak to her as he liked her and wanted me to give him her mobile number

I was told I was having problems with my computer and I need to follow his instructions. He said he was from Microsoft Technical support. I suggested he was a scam, as I have has at least a call each day for two weeks. He assured me not, but he would have to close my computer down if i didn't follow his instructions. I said send an e-mail to confirm then hung up.  He phoned again ten minutes later
