He/she calls at random anytime of the day and doesn't answer when you pick up the calls .
It is quite irritating .

got a call also but when i called the number, cannot be dialed. i'm just surprised when i saw a report of this same number.

This is the same number that keeps on calling me. This is from sun cellular, I don't what's the purpose of this call. Very irritating.

I just really want to find out who or what it is. I got a call few minutes ago and I don't know what to do because its an unknown number.

If they didn't identify themselves on caller ID and didn't leave a message it's obviously not important so just block and ignore their calls.

02-395-800-0 just called me today and he claims he is from sun cellular and told me that i'm lucky to have been chosen to be offered an exclusive promo. By the way if you noticed, sun cellular's hot line is 02-395-800 it's almost exactly the same. Immediately he ask me some intriguing questions which you should only answer if you called sun's hotline to verify your identity but heck, i'm not the caller - so why should i give out those infos? i told him that those infos should be available already in the system he does not need to ask that from me! and he said he just want to verify my identity! I said, sorry I forgot, he ask me again, like when was your last payment made and how much? i answereed, sorry i can't remember, he might have been pissed off and said. ok i'll just call back to you on one of these days! oh well.. it;s clear these guys just want those confidential infos from you and those stolen infos can be used to assume your identity! so guys beware!. NEVER GIVE OUT ANY INFOS IF YOU ARE NOT THE ONE INITIATING THE CALL!
