I called the number but it was asking some personal details including bank details.

Got the same message as Engineer Valisno. Number that registered was +46701344891. It was asking me to call 0023221300526. I didn't try calling it, and have no plans to do so. I don't even have my voicemail activated!

Received the same message as well. Immediately looked up the number in Google and this thread is what I found.

I received text from +46701340717 asking me to call 0024623009 for a very impt voice call message.I googled and figure out it might be a scam.Then I found this site.

received the following message from +46701344863 :
mayroon kaming isang mahalagang voice message para sa iyo tawagan ang numerong ito ngayon 0024623009 marinig ito... it's a recorded message with instructions for caller to provide personal details, location and bank info, purportedly so they can validate caller as the winner of a 1,000 euro jackpot...

sounds like a scam alright.
