i don't knoe just got some random call

This number has called my cell and home phone on the same day at the same time.  3:49pm

It's Roger's wireless. I hung up on them accidentally, and they were able to call me back from this number from the number of mine they had on record.

How can this be a number? It begins with 005.

This was Rogers customer service calling. I asked them about this phone number and they said it is a special "outgoing calls only" line. It wasn't telemarketing, but they had questions about changes I recently made to my service.

I've been receiving this "nuisance" call from this number on my cell. I never answer it. I wonder how you stop them from buggering without costing me anything.
