microsoft has reported my computer is sending out avirus which is affecting the tax deptment when challenged for his company name and phone # he hung up.What a scam ,I had great difficulty understanding him toget more info.

just another in a never ending supply of criminals using voip phone service to steel money. I dont think any phone service provider should be able to charge a fee for caller ID until # spoofing is no longer available

"Microsoft Support" heavy East Indian accent... my computer has been sending and downloading viruses...hung up while laughing at him..Understand they try to get you to go to a web site where they download virus on your computer and steal hard drive contents while "fixing" the reported virus on your computer
