    Received several text from this 008-000-1204 as well as many other odd numbers. My billing statement states I have sent text to these numbers as well. Yet I am unable to do so when actual attempts are made!! Very strange!!!!! I have not been charged for any sent or received as I have not exceeded my 500 text limit. Has anyone been charged due to these numbers?? Good luck all and peace!! Ain't America grand!!!!!!!!!!!!!
