    Just received a phone call from this number. An unintelligible english spoke by someone supposedly in Hong-Kong trying to inform me about some off-shore financial applications that is company is trying to sell.
    Knew my cell number and my last name, but not my first name. Asked me if a colleague of him could call me another time.
    I told him politely not to call me anymore because i was not interested and he just hung down. Now that's good customer service...

    They called me in one day with the first two numbers, but i didn't heard the phone. Picked up the last call with the "13" number.
