The person will just call and say nothing

Phones me at least once every hour since 8am today. When I answer, there is only silence, except twice - heard other people on the line. Very annoying, worried it could be a sim swop scam

2 Missed calls from this number (+27100200246) - when I tried to return the call, it gets rejected.

Have been annoying me since yesterday have called 8 times, but say nothing there is noise in the back ground. They first called and asked about car insurance when I got cross they started phoning all the time.

I am also worried about this, got a few calls with only silence on the other side.  Just put the phone down, hope they didn't copy my details in those few seconds!
