Second time this week that this person called me. Can it not be traced? They just hang up the phone when you answer.

I just receive a call from this same number when I try to call it back it doesn't go thru, I decided to block it

This is a spoofed call, probably generated by Magic Jack. Whoever this is calling does not want to be traced.

I had a missed call from this number yesterday, 11/02/2015 while was driving and again today 5min ago and I didn't answer. I then decided to call back using the landline, it didn't get through.

Got two missed calls from this number.  Called back constantly engaged. Awaiting a parcel.  Thought it might be the delilvery company. Perhaps not.

Got this call SIMULTANEOUSLY on my cellphone, as well as on my 087... office line! Two people sitting and simultaneously phone the same person, on two different phone numbers? Don't answer my cell at work, and was busy on another line, so just missed the call on the office phone. We are a debt counselling company, and we receive many calls from creditors for clients - but this sounds fishy?
