A women want to sell me "kit of cream" from laboratoire Futura! After a survey...

She said she was from Switzerland. I asked to speak to her supervisor, but she wouldn't allow it. She hung up on me.

Je ne connaît pas ce numéro je n'ai donc pas répondu.

I didn't answer this call.

Someone from Switzerland, asked for me by name..... I am in Ontario Canada, call came in the morning.

9:48 this morning  .  No one on line

Same thing happened to me Easter Friday 3pm. Hung up.  Didn't understand her

just clled me now..I didn't answer..will block on my landline

I am in Ontario Canada too and got a call this afternoon from this same number and a woman claimed to be calling from Switzerland also and asked for me by name then hung up in my ear!

Just got a call, answered, a woman from switzerland trying to sell this'promotional and inovated' new cream that does miracles for your skin.... the woman is completely obsessed with telling me all the benefits and when I ask her if this product has been approuved my 'santé canada' she refuses to answer and tells me to let her finish and then she will answer my questions, I got fed up and hung up on her!

Je suis de Québec..hier j'ai reçu un appel du numéro 029-139-6070..d'une dame prénommée Carla Mayor du labo Dermafutura en Suisse me louant ses produits miracles..j'ai accepté..ouf..en me disant qu'elle avait mon no de téléphone et mon adresse..sans plus...et ce matin j'ai reçu un appel du numéro 010-420-9901 qui me confirmait mon entretien d'hier avec Carla et vérifiait si mon adresse était correcte....je lui ai mentionné que j'éprouvais de la méfiance..qu'il existait tellement de arnaque....elle m'a répondu que la transaction était faite en toute confiance de part et d'autre...le paiment pouvant être effectué après la réception des produits soit par transaction bancaire ou carte de crédit....voila où j'en suis....à suivre..réception des produits dans environ deux semaines...

FIFTEEN minutes later, right around the time I said I was going to do some research she asked if she could call again. She did give me the website!

Je suis de Québec aussi et je me suis également laissée embarquer. J'aimerais savoir si tu as reçu le paquet. As-tu effectué le paiement et est-ce que ça sent encore l'arnaque?

Got a call from Derma Futura caller was Enrici Mayer ( so he said)

Got a call from this number at 2h00 this afternoon. Didn't answer but the number catched my attention. I'm from Montreal Canada.

Even if the products are of good value, I will never buy from this company because of their telemarketing techniques.

Got the call yesterday for the second time. Told the women (head-dermatologist, according to what she said) I  am not interested. I was very patient, as many of you where, and told her many times I was not interested and that it didn't have anything to do with the quality of their products (what she kept trying to convince me about). She told me I was rude, that she wasn't there to sell me anything but to help me with my skin care issues.... YEAH RIGHT.

To me, it SCREAMS "STAY AWAY". If they're this rude and agressive on the phone to sell you stuff, imagine how it will be if you return the product (even if they say there's a 10 day trial period without charges)!!! I asked that they take me off their list, I'm posting on Facebook and I won't hesitate to contact the CRTC if they call again.

Salut, je suis de Montreal.  Moi aussi, je me suis fait embarquer.  J'ai bien recue les cremes et j'en suis tres satisfaite.  Le paiement s'est tres bien deroule.  Le seul hic, c'est qu'ils vont m'appeler a tous les mois!!!
