This number popped up on my phone.

Yes, I had the same thing happen as Ralph. Yesterday the number just popped up on my phone.  

Today it went to voicemail (but didn't seem to ring - I was right next to it and it just lite up with a message and missed call)  - on the message all I heard was a hang up.

Same.  Put it on mute to see if anyone would say anything, they just hung up after about 10 seconds.  My number is on the damn no-call list, why am I getting phone calls daily from random states?

No one answers when u call back either

Sounds like more of the same.  Got a call from this number today.  Noone there, no message, nothing.  Not a valid area code either so someone is blocking the number for whatever reason.

Calls are back...got those last week and today... this is an invalid phone number... to me sound like  somebody chasing for active fac number or modem...

I received many calls today.  Sounded like an oriental speaking.  Would not I.D. herself and told me I am crazy.  I spoke with our local police.....they said there is nothing that can be done.  I was given the state attorney general's telephone number.

They threatened and won't stop calling my number I asked them to and they said u stupid so

Calls and hangs up. If I answer the call, there is no one there, the phone buzzes and the call ends.  Call is just intended to harrass.
