this number calls and hangs uo when we answer

this caller seems to be using a strange line. when we call the number it seems to be a faxline. it has been calling us on our call center many times

Fax calling my number that is not a fax line

We have been having the same problem for the past month. When we call back it sounds like a fax machine. Is it an automated number trying to send a fax? Has anyone tried finding out who owns this number?

These people are starting to annoy me. I have just received the third call from these funny numbers: 0112508000/0413945000/0113880000.

Could people please stop this. How do we get cellphone networks to discard these numbers?

I reaceived 4 miss calls at 3am and 4am in the morning from this number.WTF!!!

I have recieved the same thing today on the 011 250 8000 and then there is a another number 041 394 5000 and both these numbers are fax lines so what i did is i wrote on a piece of paper and told them to fax me on my nymber at work and i will let you know what it is about propably some scam i suppose.

this nu is f..cking my land line please stop it.

I received a call from 0112508000 and when I answer it sound like a fax, and I already received three calls from it nobody is answering. I tried calling it back but I get the faxline tone.

Hi, my boss just received calls from this number on her cellphone, when I tried phoning back it was a fax line.  It must have phoned her about 4-5 times.  Can anybody give me an idea as to where this no is coming from.

Same story i think we must block this number they also use 0132730139

5 calls this morning  they are very persistent - i just close call off the call. Lets hope Telcom can trace and delete this hoax caller !!!

Who here sees the number 22 a lot? Or any double numbers?

If you cut the call. It will retry almost 11 times. If you let it be, it calls u again from an 041... number. Then it doesn't retry until after another couple of days. Thinking of companies in the area with area code 041 that I have given my number to are VW and Cadbury. Just wish I could track it down. Very annoying.

Yesterday @ 18:02 the call was from 011 250 8187182.  Today @ 18:02 the call was from 250 818-7182. I used to work for Phone Company. The line sounds more like a Data transmission line than a Fax tone.  Definitely some sort of auto-dialer.

the same thing been happening to me every month-end at 2am! it is a data transmission - phoned telkom to investigate ang got a very helpful person to answer my query.  the line is registered to Dimension Data
, Internet Solutions Div, Rosebank Tel no: 011 2508030.  they send out bulk transmissions on behalf of companies - so our details were probably listed incorrectly as fax numbers by participating company. hoping di data can sort this out for me - waking up our baby!! :(
