Caller started telling me he was calling because I had all sorts of viruses, etc. on my computer which needed to be eradicated.  (Not his word.)   When I asked him how he knew anything about my computer, what the name of his company was, etc. and a phone number where I could reach his company, he hung up.  The only answer I got was he was with UGH.  Well, ugh! is right.  Another scam attempt.

Caller called saying they were representing Microsoft. They knew there was a virus on the computer and wanted information so they could help..,Scam

Caller was reading a script about how she was calling form "windows" and that she had information that there were viruses running on my computer. I laughed and she told me to stop laughing. I wished her good luck and hung up.
