“hi all please be very carefull, this is a scammer, they scam you , to use your info. I tried calling this numnber a few times, and all you hear is music in the back ground, ****scam-scam-scam-scam** be carefull”

Me too I got a miss call from the same phone number being mentioned after some few minutes later  tried calling all I could hear is music,I think this are fraudstars please advice.

The telephone number 011-351-4525 seems to have an area code of "011"

This is a spoofed number.
There is no such area code in the United States. There are no exchanges that begin with "011".
Ignore future calls from this number.
Better : block all calls that begin with "011"

Although this is the number of a scammer, the area code 011 is for Johannesburg - South Africa in that little continent called Africa.

I said the phone number did not exist in the US. I never said it did not exist elsewhere.

This website is a US business, the domain is registered in the US, its servers are in the US, and most of of the people who post are in the US. A small percentage of posts come from people in Canada, and a tiny percentage are outside of those two countries.

That is why the site is US-oriented. One problem is that most of us, when we post our complaints, do not identify the country and the state or province where our telephone service is provided, and it is rare that people give the name of the telecom that provides the telephone service.

For people in the US to call a number in South Africa, we would first have to dial an access code.
