I keep on getting video calls from 011 502 1000 number, but if i answer, nothing happens

Me too. Apparently its Mercury Media in Jhb. I have received many calls from them and as soon as i answer, the line goes dead. I have added them to my Blocked Callers list.

Hi Guys & Girls

We are all bombarded by these marketing methods! The first reaction is usually to loose your temper, give them a piece of your mind and slam (sic) the phone in their ears. Even some that wishes to speak to you.

NO, please don't do that? Just put your phone on the side and after 5 minutes listen if they are still there. Let them waste their "air-time" on no one listening! They soon will start realising that you are wasting your money and would start taking you off their lists!

Hi! I've been getting calls from this number a lot too. Calling every day, and I'd answer to silence.

Eventually though, someone spoke and it was for BetterLife insurance. They kept me on the phone for 20 minutes and wouldn't email me anything, I had to 'commit' to a policy on the phone. So I said no. Who can't send paperwork to read over before committing? Sounded dodgy to me...

Received calls from number 0115021000 and from 0780799509. Keep on saying.. "Hello"... " hello"...
