I see its from liberty life.

Standard bank has been harassing me from this number. It is now a bank to avoid at all costs even though I quite liked it beforehand. Glad to add Liberty to this "avoid at all costs and make sure other people know about their ways" basket.

This number calls me a few times a day but no one says anything. It's just static.

This number is a scam,they ask weird questions.sometimes they call bt dont talk.i dont think is from standerd bank.they even call after working housr

Keep getting calls from this number. When I answer nobody speaks. The call cuts after a few seconds. This could be one of those hacking schemes to use your phone illegally

Had repetitive calls this week from this number. Very similar experience to other cases logged here. Seems to be a call centre of some sort and there is a delay in connecting. As I am a Standard Bank client it is quite likely that it has something to do with Standard Bank and may well be insurance sales linked based on other references on Hallo Peter etc.

You know this is really strange that these people get hold of our information and use it as Standard bank because they know that we are banking with them, but how?

Has anyone tried calling this number back? I keep getting calls from this number but I refuse to answer, my reasoning is that if it's important they can leave a message.

Got called twice from this number, within 3 hours of each other. I hear some call center noise in the back ground but nobody speaks. Call connection is delayed like others have pointed out. Spam calls, 99.9% of the time I aint interested in what they are offering. Add to call reject list.

Have exactly the same experience as Ian, very frustrating and feels like harassment quite frankly. Is there a way to stop receiving these or to block the number on my phone?

hell i dont take the call.. they call like 3 times a day at times. i dont even bank with standard bank....
