just rings for nedbank???

I was talking to my brother and the phone cut out, started ringing and i picked up the person hung up after 5 or so seconds

I just want to know this number is from where or who?

My phone just went dead while I was busy talking

got a call frm nedbank at midnight a guy claiming that money has beee withrawn, next day r8000 was taken frm my account

Nedbank call centre, they asked me where to deliver my new credit card which was expiring. Quite legit!

011-667-0000 is NOT LISTED as a legit number on Nedbank's website  http://www.nedbank.co.za/website/content/map/index.asp  Like all banks, Nedbank tells its customers to call legit Nedbank numbers from TRUSTED SOURCES (back of card, Nedbank statement, website, phone book) and NEVER FROM UNTRUSTED SOURCES like 800notes. There is NO PROOF that 011-667-0000 is a legit Nedbank number except for allegations from anonymous postings on an anonymous forum like 800notes. Allegations are not proof. This is a SPOOFED number there is NO 011 area code used in the United States. 011 is only used as a prefix when one is dialing an international number. Beware of people calling with fake caller id and do not answer or give them any information!!!

Got a call from this number twice already, no one is talking, when i hung up it calls again

Its a Nedbank Call Center

This number belongs to Nedbank in South Africa. They use this number to notify you if somebody found your credit card lying around etc. Forgot my card at the speedpoint in store, and was called by them to collect my lost card at the very same shop. Legit.
