i had a call i think its for deliveries of ipads from fnb

This courier company (UTI) is handling the delivery of my new bank card (for those who have an expiring card). Typically they are requesting which branch you want your card delivered to. Phone them on 011 671 9500, press 4 to ask for an operator, say you missed a call from them and want to ensure delivery intended for you. I was asked for my ID, and then they picked up that my bank card was due to be delivered - which is true, mine is expiring soon. If I had not phoned them back I'm pretty convinced my card would have been sent to the branch it previously got sent to, because they named that branch without my prompt. Hope it helps!

The call is from the UTI Courier, I don't know where their call centre agents got their training from. They will leave a message on your phone wanting to confirm the delivery of your card but they will never leave an alternative number to contact them. Right now my card has been returned back to the sender because they are lazy to think :-(
