Someone calls my cell from this number and when I answer he/she drops. This happened several mornings including today

Someone call me on this number, he wants me to confirm my date of birth i didn't give to him, he says is from Nedbank

Someone phones me from this number and when I pik up He o she drops the phone it happened several times even lasnite around 7..I'm in the middle of my investigation and ama nail who ever is doin .

got a missed called and i dialed back , it said im unauthorized to call this number

I got a call from this number. Unfortunately, I don't answer calls that I don't know and those I don't have on my phonebook. Tried calling the number but the number gives an engaged tone.

Got a call from this number and the dude on the other side was rude and had some race comments, told him to say it to my face then threatend me. He claims he is from Nedbank. Is this Nedbank's new way of doing things? 8pm at night?

This guy called & knew my name & asked me how I'm doing?before I answered, he dropped the call, when I called back I was not authorized to call this number.

If you have anything like a bond or car payment with Nedbank and are behind or short on your payment, even by a matter of days, they call and harass you to commit to a date by which payment will be made etc etc etc. I told one woman she was harassing me and I was not able to give a confirmed date and I hoped the call was being recorded, because one of their staff had not been qualified to deal with my account and as a result had messed up my bond, increasing the interest rate, creating a new agreement and losing me access to everything I had paid of up to that point - which I had just sat and explained I wanted access to to turn a part of my house into a little flatlet that I could let out, being a pensioner and not needing a huge house. The woman harassing me on the phone started screaming at me and would not let me speak, just kept getting louder to drown me out and then put the phone down on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor.  I now never answer and never speak to them. They are merely Nedbank online debt collectors.

Same thing here when i answer the call the call is droped and when i call back the number is a authorization failure.

I got missed call to this number today at 17:39 when I call back it authorized and its not the first time even late at night.

I got the same call this morning.  I have sent an email to Nedbank to find out if this is a legitimate call.

The Operator that phoned me was obviously iliiterate
She made a feeble attempt to pronounce my name and surname
I feel that any Professional Business or Institution should employ literate people that have phone skills at least and that can be well - mannered enough to ask a client how to pronounce their name before continuing with the conversation

what did nedbank say sis cause even me i just open an acc from them just wanna know what they say about this pls reply

I just spoke to Nedbank fraud help line - they confirm the following:
1.) Nedbank has your details and has no need to confirm
2.) Nedbank will never ask for your personal information over the phone unless you call to report a lost/stolen card or fraud
3.) This number is not registered in their system

I received a call this morning from this number asking for my name and upon confirming that it was me, what sounded like a man on the other line hung up the phone. I have tried several times to redial this number but it is engaged. This is very concerning. What can be done to prevent this from happening further? Posting complaints do not help if nothing is done about it.

I got the call just now and ignored it. When i saw it ringing, the numbers looked familiar and after googling them i just remembered that they were reported on radio just a few months ago. Why aren't authorities doing something about this number???
