who does this number belong to?

also got a call from this number however the person knew my name and then put down the phone

My fiancé keeps getting calls from this number and from 0119816600 every night, and when he answers no one speaks and then the call is ended. When phoning these two numbers back, its just rings and rings and rings and eventually goes dead.

There are quite a few complaints over the internet about these numbers, how on earth can one find out who a number belongs to? I checked on Telkom's website and these two numbers are valid Telkom numbers, but not sure if telkom can tell you who they are registered to. Telkom doesn't answer their customer care line.....

THIS 011891 3000 NUMBER ALSO KEEPS CALLLING ME.  BUT THE PERSON JUST BREATHS ON THE OTHER SIDE.... DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE OUTSTANDING HOSPITAL BILLS?? MAYBE IT IS THE CREDIT BERUE - BUT THEN THEY SHOULD SPEAK UP.

I gotten about 11 calls from this number over the last 3 days, but they never say anything when I answer.  I've tried calling the number but it just cuts off after ringing a few times.  I suspect that it may be a bank or loan company.

I received a call yesterday and today on my cell. I respond by saying hello, the person says my name and then the call dies

Got a call from this number and when revert to it there is no reply.

This morning i also got a call from this number when i answered someone breathed from this number and it went dead. After two hours i called it back, it rang nd rang finally someone picked up the phone nd immediately dropped it. M realy curius to know who this number belongs to?

I also got a miss call from this number this morning, but when I returned the call no one answered and the call got cut off.

0119817600,0118913000,0119816600,0119817400,0119817200,0119818300 I'm sick and tired of these number please telkom investigate who ever is abusing our cellphones must stop it now tired of this must stop .I try to call them back but there is no answer.

I keep on getting calls from 011 891 3000 and 011 981 6200 and 011 981 7200 and 011 981 8200 and wen I answer there is no one there and theyt call EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!

I keep on getting calls from 011 8913000 and 011 9817200 and all the orher numbers 7600 so many cant mention them all about 10 times a day. I have now block the numbers on my phone. When you answer nobody reply . WTF.

I keep on getting calls from this 011 891 3000 and nobody says anything on the other side, when I call it back it just rings and gets cut off.  This is disgusting.

I have received this number  011 891 3000 for the past 3 days and i receive it 3 times a day. When I say hello no one is answering

I am also a victim of endless calls from this number. It is sooo annoying. TELKOM should do something about it really. I do not even bother answering it anymore.
