I received a missed call from this number and they are noy picking up

For the past two weeks i have been receiving calls from the number 011 9817400.at first i would get missed calls but there were times when i did take the calls but whoever was calling did not speak,they eventually hung up.ive tried to call this number back several times but there is no response.does anyone knw what company is this????

i missed a call from this number yesterday (11/01/2012) and today (12/01/2012) they decided to leave a message to tell me about my overdue credit card amount that i no nothing about.

I have been getting calls for a while from this number as well as 011981 3400/ 7600/8200. the person just breaths heavily & then hangs up. this happens twice daily - around 8h00 & 21h00. I am really freaked out now. How can I track who is calling me???? please help

Same applies, for the past two days I have been receiving this strange call and when i cal Telkom, they cant provide the details on the number. Any one who has an idea what is happening, please assist.

I received missed call from 0119817400 they decided to leave a message to tell me about my overdue credit card amount that i no nothing about.

I receive calls frm 0119817400 and when i answer they put the phone down in my ear fed up with these calls!!!

In North America there are no area codes from 000 to 199. there are also no even hundred's 200, 300, 400, 500 & 600. Area code 700, 800 & 900 are real. If you got a call from area code 011 it's a fake!

Just received this message from this number, but the fact, I don't have a credit card or any type of credit card or store card: - "Dear customer your credit card account is overdue please rectify your account with immediate effect or call us urgently on 0861113784 to discuss payment options. For easy reference quote your credit card account number or identity number when you call 0861113784. Thank you." - spoken through SpinVox

I missed a calls from 0119817600 on the 3-11-12 at 11:27and returned the call immediately but no one pickeked up, and i missed another call from 0119817400 on the 5-11-12 at 18:48 and again I returned the call immediately, again no one picked up. I am gratefull for your comments from now on I will block these numbers. The Durban one , those people were very rude when I told the I am not interested, they must randomly find another person like they did with me, the men told me that, since he has got my details he will go on and debit my account and they did, the bank told me that they could not block the debit, but I can reverse it before 30 days. I reversed it about 3 times then they stopped.  I also heard from the radio that there is not much that you can do, because any answer that you give them on the phone activates the debit, even if you change your bank or account number they still have your ID number, so they can track your new account.

0119817400 i hate this number it call me every,morning ,everyday ,everynight this person who is doing this must stop it no as it is irritating me.Stop calling people and on the other side there is no one talking.

I received a call from 011 981-7400 which had an automated message saying they were calling from Standard Bank regarding my credit card and I must punch in my i.d number followed by the hash key. I put the phone down and phoned the number back, it just rang.
