An amount of R80 has been taken off my account for some sort of insurance which I do not know which company. All info I could get was that it is insurance from someone who banks at Bidvest bank.

R170 was deducted from my account  after these people called me.

My account has been debited with an amount of R104.70, I tried tracing this insurance and I called my bank they gave me details but the number does not go through. I am told its bidvest bank

I am paying R36 per month, excluding R16 for the debit order, for an "insurance" I did not ask for.
Enquiries at the bank led me to this "customer services" number - 011 993 6670 for "Bidvest Insurance". The number seem to be unmanned.

This company has been making R80 deductions monthly and I don't know who they are, can anybody give the details of the company.

I want to cancell a policy and just like you I can't get any response from this phone number. It only says the hours and then after a while- thanks for calling!  That is poor service!!! If your debit order reference number on your bank statement starts with "Insurance NE"', maybe the following info will be of value to you:  Bidvest Bank is managing the debit orders on behalf of a company called Collective Dynamics, call centre number 0860 007 733, e-mail address clientservices@collectadmin.co.za.

Guys I've also got a debitorder going off my account and I phoned bidvest and then Collectives Dynamics 0860 00 77 33 . I gave them the policy number that is showing on my bankstatement and they could tell me exactly what is was. They are very helpful, took me 4 min to update my details.

My account has also been debited from last year Nov 2011 with an amount of R58-00 after receiving a call from this number as well

I had the same problem trying to get hold of this company! I called my bank; Nedbank and they provided me with this: Bidvest Bank Limited Insurance 011 993 6670 - The no. was unmanned. I then called Bidvest directly and they gave me the no. 0860 0860 007733 - Collective Dynamics - This no. however does not exist. I called Nedbank again and the friendly staff assisted me with the following no - 011 993 6600 - They said that the no. is giving them problems I should try 0860 208060 - I was put through to a lovely lady named Jody Mohammed and it turns out this is a Nedbank Hollard policy - clientservices@collectadmin.co.za att: Jody Mohammed

I had a NE????T debit order running on my Nedbank account, but managed to get through on the Toll Free Number 0860 00 77 33 and was welcomed to Customer Services.. Gave them my ID, and they were able to find the policy and cancel it.. was not interested in what it was, or how long, just wanted the debit orders to stop.. can't say that the agent was very bright, but seemed helpful enough..

They also deduct R32.50 from my account can get hold of the company

I just tracked my NE......K  debit order to the 0860 007 733 customer services number and was helped within minutes. The 011 9936670 number the bank gave me just rang.
