voice mail - wanted to lower my mortgage payments

I received a call from almost the same number, 012-026-072929, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a voice mail message.  Not sure what the extra "29" is, the number is actually too long for a U.S. number.

Where is the 012 area code anyway?

Had a phone call from 012-026-072943. It was a recorded message saying they wanted to lower my mortgage payments then went on to say that my account was past due. Thats about the time I hung up the phone. I then googled the phone number and found this site. This is the first time they have called. I hope they don't continue to call as they have done with other people.

Answered the call and heard office noise in the background.  No response so I hung up.

Call came to my cell phone, I didn't recognize it so didn't answer.  They didn't leave a message.

Same as above. A recorded mortgage message. Spam caller to my cell phone on the Do Not Call Registry. Will report to the FCC.

Multiple calls from 012-026-072929 over a two month period. The first overseas number was 012-312-242050. Both calls come to my cell phone. Seems to have started after ordering pharmaceuticals online that ultimately came from India. Any ideas?
