Who is calling me?

Called 2 mins ago, as soon as i answerd they hung up. Why? How they get my number?

had a missed call from this number.. tried to call back as I am waiting on job interview calls.. came up as wrong number and told me to check the number... WTF???!!!!

Just called me asking I I had received a phone upgrade told them no and then they asked my postcode told them to go do one - some guy named Oliver!!

Got the same call as Ch, didn't actually offer upgrade, just asked if I'd had an upgrade in the past 12 months, then asked for postcode. I said I can't do that, as I was hanging up person was saying "You can do that sir..."

Female voice, I know it wasn't legit as I've had calls like that from my network before, they identify themselves far more clearly, and tend to use call centres in India. Also, far as I know they don't offer upgrades, and would certainly know if I'd had one in the past 12 months.

Additionally, they had called me earlier today, I tried to call back and got an invalid number message.

They rang me, I picked up, it beeped, then some recorded sounding woman said 'goodbye' ... very weird

This number has been calling me for the past few days.

Answered twice, once they hung up straight away, and the other time was just silence.

Just received a call from this number, I answered, they remained silent and then hung up.

I am very wary of any phantom callers now following an attempt to order an iphone using my 3 account details. Fortunately I received a text informing me that it would be delivered to an address in London and contacted 3 in time to intercept.  How on earth did they get my account details and security passwords?!!!!

When I called back the no. was not recognised.

Be careful my phone contracts just ended.

I had an unknown call earlier in the week saying have you had an upgrade and to find out if I was due one they would need my bank details. Needless to say they got nothing from me. Im guessing this number is most likely the same people.

The same situation as Becky! After few minutes my lindline phone rang and when my daughter pick up someone hang out!

I got the same here, several missed calls from 0121 314444 but when called back number not recognised.  Think I'll keep missing them, if the above is anything to go by.  Especially since my phone has an answering service, you'd think they would leave a message.

Someone is phononf me from this number since three days.It's interesting that someone wrote that is a 3 customer,I'am as weel.Maybe ut has omething to do wth them.Tried to phone but it's says that it's a wrong number.

I am also a 3 customer - this dodgy bastardos. hope nothing happens to my credit.

i had two missed call from that number about 5 mins ago they couldnt have rang for long because my phone didnt even vibrate :S which makes no sense im also on three..
maybe we should report them to three? even tho it says unknown number but its got to be traceable some how.

Just had a call from this number, I am a  three customer as well, so three is either giving out our info to a reseller or someone else!

3 customer too, and just received a call where they hung up straight away. I guess we were all stupid enough not to look at those data protection questions when we signed the contract!
