I had a call from this numbers the lady's name is  Portia, she was calling on behalf of her friend Sylvia who is accusing me for cheating with her boyfriend. I want to know if the City of Tshwane is only using this number or is there any company that is using this number mistakenly. Portia was apologising for Sylvia as she harass me on my phone making too many call which I was trying to avoid.

Sylvia's point is she found an sms's from my number to her boyfriend. I said to her just solve the problem with your boyfriend. so I want to know who is Portia, is she got the right to use the work telephone to call me regarding her friend problem. Portia must tell her friend to stop calling me with the private number because I am not a criminal. And she's got no right to ask me where am I staying or where am I  working.

I recieved a call from this number (0123589999) at around 20:27 on the 27-05-2015 from a guy whom said his name is "Joan" that was not even clear about what he wanted to tell me. I am amazed that someone will want to talk business at the time he called so i assumed it was a friendly call of which it wasnt.
I would like for this person to be assessed about his intentions that made him contact me so that they can stop abusing company phones by making prank calls to people like myself after business hours.
This metter should be dealt with to prevent conflicts between stakeholders as this kind of misbehavior ellastrates the incompetence of where the call is distributed from.
City of Tshwane should do something about this incident.
