MISSED CALL RECEIVED UPON CALLING BACK PHONE WAS PUT DOWN ON ME

It's those tossers from Telkom..............They have no idea what customer service is.
I have written to their CEO to complain about this and of course NO REPLY !!!

Hi , I went to our local Telkom store to apply for wireless internet .
They were really unhelpful , therefore I decided to apply online .
I received am email saying that an agent will call within 48 hours ,
Someone called from 012 688 8888.
I was told that its been approved , etc .
its been a week nothing received , I called Telkom sales to find out about the order , they have no records of any order on my name.

I think that it is totally unfair to the consumer .
TELKOM should be able to give us an answer as to who these people are .

If you applied in store, why did you apply online? And how is Telkom supposed to know who these apparent svammers are?

Have received calls from this number for longer than a year. Sometimes outside of normal business hours. When I answer, the phone is put down.

Looks like a scam to get your banking details. I was offered a data contract but never heard anything again. I closed my bank acc as I believe they will raid it soon. The caller was very well trained and have done this many times. Calling back on this number does not help as it is dropped after a few rings.

I received 2 calls from this number today, I picked up the first call and no one answered me back when I said hello.  The second call they left a message, you can only hear wind.  I tried calling the number back 3 times on my landline, it rings for a bit then the call gets dropped

Missed the call. Tried to phone back and it sounds like the call is answered and dropped again

They called back saying they gave me a wrong area code. Untill today.
When I return the call it’s rings , then dropped

Thy have debited money from my account promised me to give me the fone since then I had nothing from them

called me 4 times today and yesterday.
A nuisance.

They called me.told me they got my nr from a friend.checked my credit status.he told me it fine we can proceed with aplication.i gave him all the information he needed including my banking details later i recieved a msg saying it was unsuccesfull.i think it was a way of getting my banking details.

Received several calls from 012 688 8888 and,012 688 9996 UPON CALLING BACK PHONE WAS PUT DOWN ON ME for 3 days on a row. So I blocked  them all

This number calls me everyday of my life, nobody ever says anything when I pick up. What is really happening there at Telkom?

This number called me twice and when I answer it went silent.
