received call from this no yesterday, claims i have outstanding to pay with .... bank. and ask me to pay rm 2700 by 0230pm yesterday. more, he said if i dont pay this amount, their lawyer will come to my work place to talk to my bosses about my outstanding and claim will freeze my bank account and will seal my property. better be careful with this guy!!!! if can try to get his office number.

Yes this number from this person is trying to frighten you with legal actions like sealing up your property, taking away your belongings from your house as he is coming with an official lorry from the court, freezing up all your bank accounts, seeing your boss at your office to explain your debts and all kinds of threatening "false" legal actions you can think of.

SMS back to the number and threaten to report him/her to the police and Bank Negara. If he/she call again, ask for the court letter's reference number, his office number and even his full name and IC number. Alternatively, you can just ignore their SMS and calls. I feel they are trying to make you pay a considerable amount of payment to avoid their so-called legal actions which are only threats but false legal actions to play out your emotion, anxiety and peace of mind so that you can become emotionally desperate to pay up to avoid their seemingly "real" legal actions! Do NOT pay them even a single cent! One more thing to take careful note is that they seem to speak like lawyer with much experience but in actual fact, they are "con-lawyer" or "con-actor" out to prey on people who are ignorant! DO NOT BE A VICTIM! SHARE THIS ADVICE TO EVERYONE!
