Yes, I received calls from this untraceable network.

He called, said hello and hung up. Seconds later someone calls from a long strange number. I didn't answer. It doesn't feel right...

i´ve got also a calls from this number, while i was in peking. does anybody know more about the number +0196852202 ??????

Just received 3 calls from this number. Ignored every one. A poster, for another poppycock number, says the 019 is from the skype or voice over IP network.

i received a call from this number the other day....i was in school teaching that time...i received another one today..IT'S ANNoying coz i kept thinking who would be calling...my kids or friends? emergency or what? until i saw these messages from people who were in the same situation...so i wasn' bothered anymore ...JUST IGNORE!

When you see these strange numbers, they are NOT phone numbers, they are IP based calls and messaging processing servers. A relay or post office if you will.
Someone calls you from a normal phone (or evn IP phone), and their provider routes it over the internet to reduce costs, but sometimes at the cost of losing some call information such as caller ID.
You cannot call  back as it is a "service" number purely for routing so there is a source number that your phone can recognise.

PS:
99% of the time it is just a marketing company going through telephone directories and numbers by sequence (aided by computer based automatic sequential dialer usually, which lists a "ring-no-answer" meaning the number is valid but not answered, as opposed to"no-such-number", and retries a pre-set amount of times,.)
VoIP is the far cheaper option and easier when using a PC and internet to dial a million or so phone numbers a day for Market research.

Ignore this [***] number! It might be a networking scam or hoax from internet! Be aware & report this to the authorities!

Was called on this number while on holiday in China! As it was not a nuber I recognised, I did not answer.

I have spoken to the person behind this number +0196852202 and also using other numbers with the same code. I accidentally sent a friend request to a certain Bobby Wilson in Facebook, he doesn't have a photo originally then he accepted my request and then suddenly uploaded his photos then he said hi blah blah blah he said he is a civil engineer fr brooklyn now moved to UK, a widow and wanted to get married. Then he immediately started to become sweet saying I love you's blah blah blah. Then he said I will give you my number please call me.  I said you should be the one to call. Then he started calling using the above numbers and other numbers and got to talk to him that finally I told him that he is a scammer and he can't get anything from me. Now he stopped calling.

i joined this website called meritnation, it's like an education website for students and teachers alike. they asked for my phone number, it was compulsory that i give it and after signing up they said i had to verify the number. To do so, they asked me to call a certain number. I didn't. Because meh. Then few hours later or less i recieved a call from india. the number was +918285136609. i knew it was from india because i searched the number code and +91 was india's. Andd adding to the fact that meritnation was an indian website. at least as from what i inferred because the pictures in the website are indian. i searched on how to delete meritnation account and i came upon people asking the same thing because they kept recieving calls from meritnation everydayyyy. there was no way to delete meritnation. however, i only received the call once. so it was fine. then i recieved a call from this number +0196852202 two weeks after. I have a strong feeling they are connected especially with what you said. maybe u signed up for something too? and for me i've already blocked their numbers.
