This is a Foxtel pay tv number in Australia. The set-top box automatically dials home to report usage of the service. Should be once a month and the cost (20c) is charged to the subscriber. Most don't know about this until they closely examine their three-monthly telephone account and notice that numerous such calls are debited to their account, quite often five or six on one day. This is a great little money earner for the telephone company Telstra which owns half of Foxtel. Its been going on for at least four years and nothing has been done about it.

Commencing April I have began being billed for this number 019-830-8021
In April it was 18 times in 2 days at most peculiar hours and my service provider advises that it will be repeated again in May.
I have held Foxtel since its inception in SA and have not ever experienced that difficulty - it is more than co-incidental that the same day that you install IQ2 this problem commences.

I have never rec'd a call from this number - nor have I ever dialled it ! - nor will I in the future !
I believe it is a Foxtel matter or perhaps a Whirlpool matter.
Only 2 people live at this address neither of whom bet on line or download pay items from Foxtel - a check of our account, and we have been with Foxtel since its inception, will validate this profile.

I will not be paying for these calls and request that they cease immediately please.
If this a technical problem I seek immediate resolution, it is after all your equipment and your installation.
