The caller identified  himself as Jack Jacob from Microsoft Windows....said he was in the Washington, DC area and that my computer was in danger of being hacked. He called several times using two different numbers (020-646-6002 and 020-646-6016). Upon prompting he provided me with a contact phone number of 1-800-256-3295 and an Employee ID # of WIN 070.  His accent sounded to be either Indian or Pakistani and there was a great deal of noise from wherever he was calling.  Would love to get the FBI or other security agency to look into this....or maybe Microsoft would look into it.

Did not answer the phone. Keeps calling daily.
