Foreign callers who say they are calling about my computer being hacked. They say they are working for Windows and/or microsoft. They REFUSE to leave you alone and continue to call multiple times in a row. Wish there was a way to report it to the FBI.

I, too, received this call on my cell.  It sounds like the 7 other call I got from a "microsoft"  partner company.  Just hang up on them.   They are trying to hyjack your computer to hold it ransom for money.  Google this and you can seee it happens way too much

Indian computer hacks saying they are watching your computer from their office - been going on for years. They can get very abusive.
They usually phone first to see if you are home, hang up and have the "salesman" call you back.
