I have had the same scenario.  They get into the computer saying that Microsoft has failed and they can fix it.  I actually let them in for a brief moment, which is scary, before I got my wits about me.  I hung up and had any viruses removed by my virus software people.  Somehow 0206466034 people have my cell number and keep calling it.  I am very aggressive and rude to them, I think they might call me just to hear me be mean. They do have a mid eastern accent.
