I want to know who was calling me

This number has been calling my cell and work number. Just drops the call when I answer. Extremely irritating! When I call back, a message says the number is not in service!

I received a call from 021 440 2500. The person does not say anything. happened more than once. I tried calling back but its an unallocated number.  I called Telkom and the only info they can give is that the number is located in Barrack Street Cape Town. If this continues I will take the necessary steps to find out who exactly it is.

I received a call half past eleven at night from 0214402500/0214439600/0214439600, it happened more than once, when I call back it says number unallocated, you can't get hold of the person who is calling.  How do people get hold of our private numbers?  Can you report it to the police?
