I received a call from this no saying that my no has been selected and that ive won a voucher, so i shud collect the voucher in milnernton on sat the 15 aug 2015

No, those vouchers are not legit. They will try to trick you into paying a fee to get the voucher, and they want a credit card or debit card number so they can use the number to make unauthorized charges or a counterfeit card.

I also received a call from this number but I am not leaving it there. I am a professional Tracer and I am going after this people. I know who they are and going to the SA Police with it as soon as I have all their  details.

As there is not area code 021 in North America, or any from 000 to 199, plus the caller ID is probably spoofed (faked). How exactly are you going to trace these third world criminals? You may now proceed to tilt at my windmill. Do not take calls from numbers you do not know. do not call them back. Consider call blocking.
