I've had a few calls from this number recently, they said they were t.s.b. bank looking 4 some details,i said no I wasn't giving any details over phone and was told i'd receive a letter in the post. be interesting to see if that happens.

Getting calls from here saying they are TSB also asking for my address before telling me what it is about and ringing at 9 at night and stuff. Called back and they are not a call center! Straight back to the same guy. Seems very dodgy!

Did you receive anything in the post from them??I have 2 missed calls, one from late last night and one from this morning. No voice messages left ,surely if it was official, they would leave a voice message for you to ring back?

Hi All, I am getting non stop calls from this number 0216013900 for the past week and half or so. There is no voice message left and like Gerry said the way i look at it if it is offical they will leave a voice message if its important or urgent.

Just got 2 calls from this number, the first I did not answer the secon I answered  as I wanted to confront this guy. When I asked him who he was calling from he said he couldn't  tell me as he would have to be talking to the right person first(I had not identified myself as he needs to say who he is calling from first) When I said that his number was all over the internet and that I was reporting him to the guards he hung up very quickly. Do not give this guy any information . Never tell anybody anything private over the phone unless you know them very well!!!! Stay safe.

got call asking me to confirm details, only gave name and add. They asked for debit card details to pay a 30e fee I owed? 8yrs of a mortgage and never had a call like this so I said no, 'mark" then passed me to a girl who said she would mail the proper department to find out why this was, then hung up saying she would call back. No call back. Rang open 24 with permtsb, who said the odd time people may call, but they would NEVER ask for debit details so its been escalated to a manager now. Awaiting call back.

Got a few missed calls from that number, answered them today, like everyone else they were looking for my details, name, address, contact numbers etc. Gave them nothing, hung up on them, rang permanent tsb and asked them was it there number, they said it was a fraudulent number and that they were going to pass on the details to there fraud office.  They also said permanent tsb would never ring looking for peoples personnel details over the phone.

2 calls today , nothing said when i answered , location of number came up as cork on my phone ......

I have had so many missed calls from this number on my house phone for weeks now. My daughter answered the call this morning- the lady 'Ciara' asked for myself, my daughter said that I was in work, she would not say where she was calling from and what suprised me was that she never asked for my husband as the mortgage is also in his name. Later on, they rang again so I answered- 'Paul' (claiming to be from the Tsb)asked for my date of birth and my address- he then said that there was an outstanding balance of €218- (I was shocked to hear this as I paid off the mortgage last week with a cash lodgement).  I asked what date this was due to which he said May 28th (which is strange because they have been calling me for the past 3 and a half weeks).he said the payment had bounced which was odd as I don't have the payment set up to any direct debit or cheque. To brush him off I said 'not a problem, it'll be paid by the end of the week, he said 'I can take payment now for it?' . I said 'not very professional for a bank to take payment over the phone is it?' He then hung up. Very strange- sounds le a definite scam.

Just got a missed call from this number and when I rang back it barely rang once when it was answered, they said they needed my ac number before they could see why I was rang, I told them I would just go to my local bank on Monday that I had never received a call from tsb on a Saturday, very dodgy

same as all above not going to biother answering as all the texts just lead to one thing and thats a scam

I have had four calls from 021 5555 6312, today. (July 2015)
I answered all four, but no-one spoke on any of them.  I simply can't find any mention of 021 code so not sure what to make of it.
Thank you to all of the above for posting their experiences in 2013 and 2014. I will post again if any more info.

Rang them back. He knew I was a customer of Newbridge Credit Union which is now under permanent tsb.  How would he have got this information...
