Who does this number belong to. Can't be a company coz they contact you after hours. Is it some scam?

I was in hospital lately when these Cape Town nos. kept coming through. When I answered, nobody would speak.

The same no. called me. Contacted Telkom but they could not state were does it come from . However they advised me to open a case against them.

Guys I think this is the Law enforcement number cz, this is a bellville number they called me also wth two different numbers but by the time I answered da call dropped... T also does not exist

This number also phoned me just know wouldn't like to know to who does this number belongs to and where did they get my number.

I also got the call first on my cell as 021 957-0600 and then on my landline 021 957-0607. Could not hear on the cell and they put down to quickly for me to answer landline. They had a 10 year old landline number.

+27219376293 got a calll from that nr when I call back its busy or doesn't exist...would like to know who it was!

These are people calling for overdue accounts...they make calls, they do not receive calls.
